You may choose the most appropriate care contract, or free specify your personal demands. For this purpose please contact Atrium and expose your specific issues with information about your company, property type, exact location, year of completion, total area of the plot, built-up area and services interested. We will form an individual care contract with annual price for you.

For our clients we will arrange property viewing, booking of meetings and accommodation. We book depending on the client’s wish any type of accommodation:

hotels, private apartments, houses or villas. We are able to meet clients at the airport, transfer them to their accommodation and help them with anything else they need. Our fees for these services are nominal.

To make your property purchase in Bulgaria as enjoyable as possible we are also able to offer additional services according to the client’s needs and wishes, for example: shopping, transport and translation.
